    Link my iCloud calendar

    Connect your iCloud calendar to Calenoo to see your busy slots in the background. Important: use an app-specific password, not your usual iCloud password.

    1. 1. Sign in at appleid.apple.com

      Go to appleid.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.

    2. 2. Section "App-Specific Passwords"

      Sign-In and Security → App-Specific Passwords. Two-factor authentication (2FA) must be enabled — it is required in order to create an app-specific password.

    3. 3. Generate a password named "Calenoo"

      Click "+" or "Generate an app-specific password", name it "Calenoo" and copy the displayed password (format xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx). It is only shown once.

    4. 4. Go back to Calenoo and paste your credentials

      Paste your Apple ID (email) + the generated app-specific password in the Calenoo linking wizard.

    In your Calenoo dashboard, click "My calendars" → "Link Apple iCloud". You'll need to create an app-specific password at appleid.apple.com (2FA must be enabled). The wizard walks you through each step.
