Link my Microsoft / Outlook calendar
Connect your Microsoft 365 or Outlook.com calendar to Calenoo: your busy slots show in the background when you create a poll, and confirmed meetings are added to your calendar. Calenoo never stores the content of your events, and only you see their titles.
1. From “My calendars”, click “Link a calendar” → Microsoft 365
The option is in the “My calendars” section of your Calenoo dashboard. Pick Microsoft 365, then “Continue”.
2. Sign in to Microsoft and allow access
Microsoft shows a consent screen. Choose your account (personal Outlook.com or work/school Microsoft 365), check the permissions — reading your calendar (Calendars.Read) and managing events (Calendars.ReadWrite), used to add your confirmed meetings — and confirm. Calenoo only reads their times and titles (shown to you alone), and never changes an event it didn't create.
3. You're redirected to Calenoo, calendar linked
On your next poll, your busy slots will appear as translucent grey blocks behind the time grid. A Microsoft Teams video link can also be offered for your meetings.
