Terms of service
Last updated: June 14, 2026
These terms of service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Calenoo service. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms.
1. Service provider
Calenoo is operated by Ekylibr SA ("we", "Calenoo"). Contact: legal@calenoo.ch. Postal address: Avenue du Mail 18, CP 389, 2002 Neuchâtel, Switzerland.
2. Description of the service
Calenoo is a scheduling tool: it lets you propose time slots, collect participants' availability and identify the best time for a meeting. Certain optional features (such as linking an external calendar) are described in the documentation and the Privacy Policy.
3. User account
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, the confidentiality of your credentials and any activity carried out from your account. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to use the service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use Calenoo lawfully and not to:
- infringe the rights of others, or collect or distribute data without a legal basis;
- send spam or unlawful, misleading, hateful or privacy-infringing content;
- attempt to circumvent the security of the service, overload it, or access it through unauthorized automated means;
- use the service for fraudulent activities or activities contrary to applicable law.
5. Your content
You retain your rights to the content you enter (poll titles, time slots, responses, etc.). You grant us the limited right to host and process it solely to provide the service. You are responsible for the content you publish and the invitations you send, including respecting the rights of the participants you invite.
6. External calendars
If you link an external calendar (Google, Apple, Infomaniak), you authorize us to access your availability in read-only mode, under the conditions described in the Privacy Policy. You can unlink a calendar at any time. You are responsible for complying with your calendar provider's terms of use.
7. Pricing
The service offers a free plan and, where applicable, paid plans described on the Pricing page. The pricing, billing and cancellation conditions applicable to paid plans are specified at the time of subscription. Features and pricing may change.
8. Availability and no warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We strive to ensure continuous operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. We may evolve, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service, informing users when reasonably possible.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Calenoo shall not be liable for indirect damages, or for loss of data, revenue or opportunities arising from the use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Intellectual property
The service, its brand, interface and code remain the property of Calenoo or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer to you any intellectual property rights in the service, beyond the right of use provided here.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time; deletion results in the erasure of your personal data under the conditions of the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these Terms or abusive use.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may amend these Terms. The last-updated date appears at the top of the page. In case of a significant change, we will inform you by appropriate means; continued use constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the provider, in Neuchâtel (Switzerland), subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions.
