Link my Google Calendar
Connect your Google Calendar to Calenoo: your busy slots show in the background when you create a poll, and confirmed meetings are added to your calendar. Calenoo never stores the content of your events, and only you see their titles.
1. From your dashboard, click "Link my Google Calendar"
The option is in the "My calendars" section of your Calenoo dashboard.
2. Grant access on the Google screen
Google shows you a consent screen with two permissions: reading your calendar (calendar.readonly) and managing events (calendar.events). Calenoo uses them to show your busy slots, then to add confirmed meetings to your calendar, with their Google Meet link, and remove them if they're cancelled. It never changes an event it didn't create. Tick the two calendar boxes: Google leaves them unticked by default.
3. You're redirected back to Calenoo, calendar linked
The next time you create a poll, your busy slots will appear as translucent grey blocks behind the time grid.

How do I link my Google Calendar?
In your Calenoo dashboard, click "My calendars" → "Link Google Calendar". You'll be redirected to Google to grant access. Calenoo then shows your busy slots in the background, without ever reading the content of your events, and adds your confirmed meetings to your calendar.
